Atle Søvik

Atle joined Verdane Capital Advisors Oslo office after the 2003 acquisition of SND Invest. While at SND Invest, he served as a director responsible for business development and investments in the ICT sector.

Atle has broad management experience from a number of financial institutions, and held the position of CFO in companies such as Ergo Group and Norconsult. He also headed the department for budgeting & economic analysis at Saga Petroleum.

At Verdane Atle has been instrumental in building and exiting companies such as Ørsta Gruppen, Minox Technology and J.G. Olsen.

Education: Atle holds an MSc in Business from NHH-Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and is a certified public accountant.
