Verdane ETF III (Verdane) sells Forte Netservice Oy (Forte) to DNA Ltd, Finland’s third largest telecoms operator. Forte is a leading Finnish provider of outsourced data communication and network security services. This is the first company Verdane sells in the Finnish market.

Secondary direct fund Verdane Capital VII closes its sixth portfolio transaction and invests in a portfolio of seven e-commerce companies. The companies are acquired from Aggregate Media and B Media Invest in what becomes Verdane funds’ fourth portfolio transaction with e-commerce holdings. The deal further strengthens Verdane funds’ position as the Nordic region’s leading private equity investor in e-commerce.

Verdane Capital Advisors is expanding its presence in the Finnish private equity market. Verdane Capital VII, a fund managed by the company, acquires Eqvitec Technology Fund III with a portfolio of 12 ICT and industrial companies. The transaction is the third acquisition completed by the firm in Finland in less than a year. Following the recent acquisitions, Verdane Funds now have 16 Finnish companies in their portfolio.
