Verdane Capital closes new fund at record SEK 3bn

Verdane Capital IX AB (Verdane IX) has closed at its hard-cap with SEK 3 billion in commitments. The fund, which is Verdane’s largest to date, was significantly oversubscribed. Verdane IX will invest in small- and medium-sized growth companies in Northern Europe, primarily by providing liquidity to owners of unlisted portfolios.

Verdane Capital to sell Eniram to global leader in marine and energy markets

Verdane Capital VIII K/S (Verdane VIII), the largest shareholder in the Finnish software company Eniram Oy (Eniram), has agreed to sell all of its shares to Wärtsilä Oyj (Wärtsilä). During Verdane’s ownership period, the Company has changed its strategic direction and business model leading to 66% growth in recurring revenue and profitability.
